Alteração do CPPT
Leio no Público (aqui) que a Proposta de Lei do Orçamento do Estado para 2007 inclui a revogação da norma de caducidade da garantia prestada pelo contribuinte para suspender a execução fiscal, quando a decisão de reclamação graciosa tarde mais do que um ano ou a decisão da impugnação pelo tribunal de primeira instância demore mais do que três anos. A norma em causa encontra-se no artigo 183.º-A do CPPT. Curiosamente, consultando a dita Proposta de Lei na página da Direcção-Geral do Orçamento (aqui), não encontro tal norma revogatória. Significará isto que a Proposta disponibilizada naquela página não está actualizada?
